Hello Farm Camp Families!
Whether you're a newcomer, or a seasoned Farm camper, feel free to use your imagination!
Think back an entire year and picture - waving good bye to your curious camper(s) standing in morning circle, singing songs in the morning sunshine! And returning to find your smiling (and often dirt caked) child rushing to you with a big smile, eager to share the days adventure: Discovering bugs and berries on morning walk. Finding eggs, feeding pigs or petting goats. Playing with the days new (or old) friend. Seeing the first sprouts popping up in the garden and discovering the shocking and magical revelation that pickles are really cucumbers in disguise!
We hope that this email finds you all well, having a great year. We have had several eager emails from parents awaiting 2019 Farm Camp Registration. We are so thrilled to have such wonderful support from our community, and like you, we are looking forward to another grand summer adventure with you! The registration page is now open for you to login and update or create a new account. Updating your account now, may help your registration flow easier. Weekly camp registrations will open at 9am on Saturday March 16!

registration tips:
This year we are offering 6 weeks of regular camps for kids ages 4-14. 2 camp groups will operate simultaneously on separate locations of the farm. “Willow” Group (ages 4-9) & “Cedar” Group (ages 8-14)
*Note: You will notice there is an age overlap. Children ages 8 & 9 have an option to attend either the Willow or Cedar camp groups each week. You are able to self select which group will work best for your child.
Willow age camp group (ages 4-9): is located in the main camp yard and typically has a majority of children in the age 5-6-7 range. This group *may* walk shorter distances on farm walks, have more frequent short trips to the garden, and additional "freeplay" opportunities between transitions.
Cedar age camp group (ages 8-14): is located in the Orchard and typically has a majority of children in the 9-12 age range. This group *may* have the opportunity to explore wider area's of the farm, have fewer transition periods, and therefore more opportunity to spend focused time on themed activities, projects, and explorations.

We offer 2 Aftercare discount rates:
1) 20hrs/week (25% discount): $135/wk ($6.75/hr) 2) 10hrs/week (15% discount): $75/wk ($7.50/hr) Daily On-site Payment Options: $9/hr payment by card is required upon pick-up.
Be sure to Register early for best chance of getting the camps you want! Last year, camps were full within the first week of Registration.
A last suggestion: If you know you have friends at camp that your children would like to be grouped with (we separate into groups for farm walks etc.) You may include that information in the question: “What information would be helpful for teachers to know about your child?”. (This is Page 5 under “Medical / Health Information” of registration paperwork)- we will do our best!
